hISTORY
Octopus Knight was created on the 12th of February 2025 by Team_OK as a lichess team for his chess club. His team grew slowly but surely using 1 join your team, you join mine. With a group of his friends, they played in tournaments and gained popularity. Although those friends might not be as active anymore, Team_OK continues to lead Octopus Knight forward with a new and growing player base.

We want to make an active, welcoming team where every player feels valued. Our vision is to build a community that thrives on participation, learning, and shared success. Whether you’re new to chess or highly experienced, you’ll find encouragement, opportunities to grow, and the excitement of competing together.
